Available shipping methods
USPS, FedEx and UPS are all used and you can make your selection during checkout.
- "Free UPS Ground Shipping" must meet the following conditions: 1. order is over $100, 2. order is within the 48 States, and 3. it is an online order placed on BargainBizz.com.
- UPS orders placed after 2:00PM PST will ship on the next business day (Mon-Fri). UPS 2-4 day, and Ground placed after 8:00AM PST (Mon-Fri) will ship on the next business day as long as inventory is available.
- We reserve the right to change the requested method of shipping if a more suitable method is available.
- We do not refund shipping charges for returned orders.
- UPS ground shipments have no service guaranty and sometimes may take much longer to deliver than expected.
- UPS may charge you an extra fee if you provide the incorrect shipping address.
- There are no additional fees, customs duties or taxes charged in the
US
.
- We charge sales tax of 8.25% for California shipments.
- All orders being shipped via UPS now require signatures at the time of delivery. If you wish to waive the signature process and have your order left without requiring one, please choose the no signature shipping method AND let us know in the comments area of your order.
Please note - if you choose to waive this process BargainBizz will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
- Fedex orders placed after
2:00PM PST
will ship on the next business day (Mon-Fri). Fedex 2-4 day and Ground placed after
8:00AM PST
(Mon-Fri) will ship on the next business day as long as inventory is available. USPS mail ships every Friday.
- We reserve the right to change the requested method of shipping if a more suitable method is available.
- Airmail is insured to $100. We can only reship lost or delayed mail.

- All other shipping methods are fully insured.

- Airmail packages are picked up weekly on Friday.
- We do not refund shipping charges for returned orders.
- UPS Ground, Fed Ex & Airmail, have no service guaranty and sometimes may take much longer to deliver than expected.
- UPS and Fedex may charge you an extra fee if you provide the incorrect shipping address.

How to Return for Credit
You may request a return for credit if:
- You contact us at cs@bargainbizz.com within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The part has not been physically damaged or modified. Physical damage during shipping is covered by shipping insurance. Please apply for shipping insurance refund. Do not return for credit in this case.
- The part was ordered online with a credit card. For other orders, the terms and conditions on the back of the invoice apply.
- Any parts in sealed retail packaging such as flash memory, have not been opened. Anti-static bags may be opened. Computer memory, server memory and notebook memory may be tried before returning.
Also:
- If you contact us after 14 days of the date of delivery, but on or before 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will apply to the return.
- After 30 days, returns for refund are not accepted.
- We do not refund shipping charges in either direction.
- Items designated as "special order only" in the item description are not refundable.

- The date the package was delivered. (The date it was signed for)
- Your invoice number.
- Item part number.
- Reason for return.
- The machine/gadget, or item it was intended to be used in or on.
- The condition of the item.
When returning remember to:
- Write the RMA number on outside of the box.
- Include a copy of the invoice.
- Pack the returned part well, and use any antistatic packaging which came with the part.
- Insure the package against loss or damage. (bargainBIZZ does not cover loss or damage of returned parts.)
- Include a copy of the customer service email with the return.
- Ship your part back with in 7 days of receiving the RMA number..

LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES, REFUND of SHIPPING CHARGES
Damaged packages or goods must be reported with 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Lost shipments must be reported within one week of expected arrival. Claims cannot be processed outside of these time periods. Use the form below to reship a lost shipment, claim the insurance for loss or damage of a shipment, and request refund for a delayed shipment. The courier (UPS, or Fedex) will make the final decision regarding your credit.

BargainBizz Warranty and Replacement Info
Our Memory Selector WARRANTY and GUARANTEE
If you order memory through this website using our machine specific memory selector we will guaranty it to work in the machine for which you ordered it. Most of our memory carries a lifetime warranty. Individual items may also carry a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the specific product's description for information. Please try the following steps to solve the problem before you request an RMA. Data shows 60% of problems are solved with these steps.
- Try using our memory alone in your system.
- Install the largest capacity module first.
- Make sure the memory is seated in properly.
- Dust off the memory socket.
- Update the BIOS to the latest version.
REPAIR or EXCHANGE
If you have an item which needs to be returned for repair or replacement email to Customer Support:

ADVANCED REPLACEMENT (Memory Modules)
If the part from BargainBIZZ.com fails while in use or is DOA (dead on arrival), we can provide an advanced replacement.
To request an advanced replacement please email to cs@bargainBIZZ.com
If the problem with the module has occurred within 14 days of receiving the part, and your warranty has not been voided by any means.
- We can advance replace only the same part as you originally ordered. If we mistakenly ship the incorrect part, we can advance replace the correct part. If you ordered the incorrect part, we will create a new order for you, and you may return the incorrect part for credit according to our credit policy.
- We will ship the part by the same shipping method. We will not charge you if we send by the same shipping method.
- We will charge your credit card for the part only.
- We will provide a UPS ground return label for all US 48 States orders. We will provide a Fedex label for Alaska and Hawaii orders.
- We will credit your card on receipt of our part. Removed warranty labels and physical damage caused by improper handling will void your warranty.

If you are a reseller, we will advance replace parts only within 7 days of delivery.
- If your parts are incorrectly shipped or DOA within 7 days, we will advance replace the items.
- Our technicians will determine if the parts are DOA before replacing.
- If you have established 30 day terms with BargainBIZZ.com, you may send a purchase order for the new parts. We will credit the invoice if you return the parts within 30 days.
- You must have an RMA number at the time you place the replacement order or we WILL NOT authorize a return for credit.
- If you do not return the parts within 30 days, you must pay for the parts. No return for credit against an advanced replacement will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice.
- If you have not established 30 day terms with BargainBIZZ.com, you may use a credit card to pay for the advanced replacement.
If you are a reseller, we will not advance replace parts after 7 days of delivery.
- Please send us a new purchase order for the parts you require.
- Please apply for credit on the parts you wish to return. We will decide to provide you with an RMA number only if the conditions meet our return for credit policy
